Every department, branch, and team plays a role in Cole’s success. The One Team campaign reinforces a shared mindset across the company: we are stronger when we communicate, collaborate, and support one another with the bigger picture in mind.

This campaign is about recognizing the teamwork already happening across Cole and encouraging more opportunities to connect across departments.

We work better when we work together. This campaign encourages employees to look beyond their own department and recognize how each team contributes to Cole’s success.

One Direction

We are moving forward with a shared focus. Whether we work in Customs, Freight, Consulting, Finance, HR, Operations, IT, Sales, or another area, our work is connected.

One Big Picture

Every role matters. By understanding how our work connects, we can communicate better, collaborate more effectively, and support stronger outcomes for our clients, our teams, and Cole as a whole.

One Team Spotlight

Recognize someone who brings the message to life.

The One Team Spotlight gives employees the opportunity to recognize a colleague outside their own department who demonstrates the spirit of:

One Team.
One Direction.
One Big Picture.
 

This could be someone who supports another team, improves communication, helps with a handoff, shares knowledge, contributes to a better client outcome, or helps others see the bigger picture.

Nominations are open monthly from September to December:

Each employee can submit one nomination per month. The person nominated must be from outside the nominator’s department to help highlight cross-department collaboration.

Employees who submit a nomination are also entered into a monthly nominator appreciation draw as a thank-you for participating.

Why It Matters...

When teams work in silos, opportunities can be missed. When teams work together, we create stronger communication, smoother handoffs, and a more connected experience for employees and clients.

One Team. One Direction. One Big Picture. is a reminder that every role matters and that our work is connected. The more we understand how our teams support one another, the better we can serve our clients, our colleagues, and Cole as a whole.
